At black thread salem, we want you to love your dark apparel and unique goods. If something isn't right, we are here to help.

We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed apparel and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

how to start a return:
Email us at support@blackthreadsalem.com with your order number to request a return. Customers are responsible for the cost of trackable return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it is in its original condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing print defect, or is the wrong item entirely, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send your order number along with clear photos of the issue to support@blackthreadsalem.com, and we will work directly with you to find a resolution.
